Opened in the summer of 2004, this exclusive ocean-front resort is set in 300 acres of a private 1,200-acre estate on the tiny Canouan Island in the heart of the Grenadines. Built in the style of a Mediterranean village, it features a central piazza with shops and restaurants and 156 guestrooms, suites and villas overlooking the spectacular Carenage Bay. the accommodation is either set on the Mezzanine Level, located at the top of the resort's amphitheatre setting, or on the Orchestra level, within the first four levels of the buildings. Each room has an area of no less than 560 square feet and all have private covered patios or terraces with comfortable lounge chairs.
Five restaurants and two bars provide a variety of cuisines and dining venues, while a European-style spa and the Trump-managed casino entice guests with their own respective pleasures.
The resort's location overlooks three white sand beaches where guests will find lounge chairs, unbrellas and hammocks and just a few steps away is a massive 12,900 square-ft pool with a central swim-up bar. Other recreation activities available include a range of watersports, tennis and golf at the adjacent par 72 Trump International Golf Club.
